Used the strips for the 1st time today. Love them. After my morning coffee crash, the electrolyte strip brought my energy back and my appetite. Before my surf, I popped in an energy strip and was paddling all over the place. That extra power enabled me to catch 3 or 4 more waves than I would've normally been able to.
